React Developer

An AI startup developing a SaaS platform for managing and tracking complex construction projects, aiming to digitalize and optimize the construction process, reduce the gap between planning and execution, and save costs.

The company is based in Tel Aviv near the train line, offering a hybrid work model.

It has approximately 240 employees in total, 180 in Israel, including 40 in R&D.

Following a Series C funding round, the company raised a total of $100M. Employees receive options, meal vouchers, and savings plans.

The role is part of a team of seven developers, reporting to the CTO, focused on Frontend development using ReactJS and TypeScript.

Requirements-

• 5+ years of engineering experience (writing code and delivering products!).
• 2+ years of hands-on experience with React, building web-based products.
• Leadership experience, whether it's leading people, projects, or technologies.
• Strong people skills.
• Full stack experience with server-side technologies and specifically Python (advantage).
• Experience in fast-paced startup environments (advantage).
