Assistant Controller

We are looking for a hands-on, detail-driven Assistant Controller to join our growing Finance team in Tel Aviv. This is a unique hybrid role that combines core financial accounting with strategic FP&A and budget management. What You Will Do

• Lead Financial Operations: Manage the full cycle of monthly, quarterly, and annual closing processes, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
• Drive Strategic Planning (FP&A): Take ownership of financial planning and analysis activities, including budget control, variance analysis, and ongoing performance monitoring.
• Influence Decision Making: Provide actionable insights and financial forecasts to support senior management in making critical business decisions.
• Reporting Excellence: Prepare consolidated financial statements and management reports for leadership, investors, and auditors.
• Compliance & Audit: Ensure strict compliance with local and international tax/reporting requirements and collaborate with external auditors and advisors.
• Build & Improve: Help shape and implement financial policies and internal controls that support the company's rapid growth.
  
  

• Professional Foundation: You are a CPA with prior experience at a Big 4 firm (Required).
• Relevant Experience: At least 2 years of experience as an Assistant Controller in a global tech or growth-stage company.
• Technical Skills: Excellent command of Excel and Office tools. Proficiency with Priority ERP is an advantage.
• Communication: Full professional fluency (written and verbal) in both English and Hebrew.
• Mindset: You are analytical, proactive, and ready to work closely with senior management to drive process improvements.
