Sales Management Consultant

What will you do?

• Lead a team of sales professionals responsible for promoting Clal Group’s financial and pension products to pension advisors: bank-employed advisors and independent consultants, while meeting profitability and sales targets.
• Provide professional support for advisors operating in the financial sector.
• Collaborate in building work plans and setting goals for the department’s financial and pension products.

What are we looking for?

• Bachelor’s degree in a financial field or a pension license – mandatory.
• Proven experience in selling financial products – mandatory.
• Strong leadership skills and experience managing employees (both in the field and remotely) – mandatory.
• Knowledge of the capital market – advantage.
• Proficiency in Excel and reporting – advantage.
