Role Description

The Learning & Recruitment Coordinator will manage daily recruitment processes, including interviewing and hiring skilled instructors. Additionally, the Coordinator will allocate educators for each specific project and course. This is a full-time, hybrid role based in Rehovot.

Qualifications

• Strong interpersonal and communication skills to effectively interact with colleagues, clients, and educators.
• Experience in hiring and interviewing candidates, with a focus on recruiting high-quality instructors.
• Ability to conduct administrative duties efficiently and manage a diverse workload.
• Relevant professional experience or education in human resources, organizational development, or a related field.
• Fluency in Hebrew and English is required.
• Passion for education and improving the English language proficiency of others is a strong advantage.
