About the Role

We are looking for a Technical Product Manager with a strong technological background and proven experience leading complex, large-scale initiatives within enterprise environments. This role focuses on driving automation and technology-driven projects, working closely with business units, development teams, and stakeholders from definition through delivery.

Key Responsibilities

Lead end-to-end technology and automation projects, from requirements gathering to production

Drive and manage automation initiatives using UiPath or similar automation platforms

Own the product and project lifecycle including requirements definition,

roadmaps, timelines, prioritization, and resource management

Work closely with business units and stakeholders to understand needs and

translate them into technical solutions

Write clear and detailed Product Requirement Documents (PRDs) and

functional/technical specifications

Collaborate with development, QA, and infrastructure teams

Manage integrations, APIs, and dependencies across systems

Track progress and manage delivery using JIRA and other project management tools

Requirements

3+ years of experience in Technical Project Management or Technical Product Management

Proven experience leading automation projects, preferably using UiPath or similar tools

Experience managing complex, end-to-end projects in large or enterprise organizations

Strong experience working with business units and stakeholders

Hands-on experience in requirements gathering, analysis, and specification

Ability to write clear functional and technical documentation

Strong technical understanding of software development processes,

system integrations, and APIs

Proficiency with JIRA or similar project management tools

Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or a related technical field

Nice to Have

Previous experience in software development

Experience with additional automation or low-code platforms

Familiarity with Agile / Scrum methodologies
