Full Stack Engineer (Backend Focused)

We are seeking an experienced Full Stack Engineer with a strong focus on Backend development to join our team.

In this position, you will:

• Design, develop, and deploy robust backend services and APIs using TypeScript/Node.js.
• Implement and manage efficient data models and schemas in PostgreSQL/SQL.
• Lead the development of third-party integrations and external API connections.
• Develop and maintain features within our existing React front end to ensure seamless integration with backend services.
• Contribute to the continuous improvement of our backend architecture and engineering best practices.
• Ensure application reliability and performance within our AWS/Kubernetes environment.

Qualifications:

• 4+ years of professional experience as a Backend/Full Stack Engineer, with a strong focus and passion for Backend development
• Strong expertise in TypeScript/Node.js and the modern JavaScript ecosystem
• Familiarity with React and the ability to contribute to the front end when needed
• Proven experience in building and scaling backend services, APIs, and systems that manage real-time events and high throughput.
• Solid experience working with Relational Databases (PostgreSQL, MySQL/SQL).
• Proficiency with cloud environments, particularly AWS, and experience with containerization (Kubernetes).
• Track record of developing and deploying SaaS applications (B2B or B2C) with a focus on performance and reliability.
• Strong motivation and enthusiasm for continuous learning, especially concerning the AI/ML space.

Nice to Have:

• Understanding of microservices architecture and distributed systems.
• Experience with message queues or event-driven architecture.
• Previous experience in developer tools, code analysis platforms, or similar technical domains
• Experience with Python BE code
