Genor | Israel (3 days near your home – 2 days/week Tel Aviv)

Genor is building an AI-first SaaS platform that powers complex, performance-critical workflows at scale. We’re early, moving fast, and scaling quickly — and we’re looking for a Senior / Principal Solution Architect who wants to shape the core of the platform, not just maintain it.

This is a role for someone who grew up as a developer, moved into architecture, and now wants real ownership, real impact, and real technical challenges.

• Own the architecture of Genor’s core platform, from high-level design to real-world production decisions
• Define how our AI-driven workflows are built, scaled, and evolved
• Act as the main technical authority, working closely with the CTO
• Guide a small, elite team of engineers (starting ~3, growing toward ~10)
• Review designs and code, unblock complex problems, and raise the technical bar
• Make hard calls around scalability, performance, reliability, and trade-offs
• Shape how we deploy, version, and operate the platform in the cloud (with a DevOps team in place)
• Work directly with AI teams and customers to ensure what we build actually works in the real world
• Establish just enough structure, standards, and best practices — without killing speed

• Cloud: Azure (preferred), AWS also welcome
• Backend: .NET Core, Python
• Frontend: React
• Platform: AI-first SaaS, workflow-heavy, performance-sensitive
• Infrastructure: Cloud-native, modern CI/CD, scalable environments

• Come from a strong software engineering background
• Have designed and scaled cloud-based SaaS systems
• Care deeply about performance, scalability, and clean architecture
• Have led and mentored strong senior developers
• Enjoy being hands-on with design and guidance — not micromanaging
• Like startup environments where ownership > process

• Experience with workflow engines or orchestration frameworks
• Background in AI platforms or AI-driven products
• Startup or scale-up experience where things weren’t perfectly defined

• Real architectural ownership — this is not a “rubber-stamp” role
• Early influence on a platform that’s scaling fast
• Small, sharp teams with high expectations and low ego
• Close collaboration with AI engineers and real customers
