Your Role

As our Operations Director, you will:

• Oversee all operational aspects of the training centre, ensuring seamless execution across functions.
• Lead and inspire a multidisciplinary team of instructors, administrators, IT professionals, and logistics experts.
• Manage procurement, budgets, and resource allocation with precision.
• Drive process improvements, ensuring efficiency and stability in operations.
• Build strong relationships with suppliers, managing contracts, negotiations, and timelines.
• Act as the key liaison with clients, solving challenges and maintaining high satisfaction.

What We’re Looking For

• Experience: 5+ years in operations or educational management; preference for candidates with cyber or tech training experience.
• Communication: High-level English proficiency (clear and articulate).
• Adaptability: Strong problem-solving skills to handle dynamic, fast-paced situations.
• Credentials: A valid foreign passport is required.
• Teamwork: Exceptional interpersonal skills and a collaborative spirit.
• Independence: Reliable, responsible, and capable of working autonomously.
