We at Edikted are looking for an Influencer Marketing Team Lead to manage and grow a team of influencer coordinators, drive high-impact campaigns, and strengthen Edikted’s presence across Instagram and TikTok. This role is perfect for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, results-driven environment, loves social media, and has a passion for Gen Z culture and influencer marketing.

Responsibilities:

• Lead, mentor, and motivate a team of influencer coordinators across Instagram and TikTok.
• Oversee all influencer campaigns, from planning and outreach to execution and performance tracking.
• Strategize to drive platform growth, engagement, and visibility through influencer activations.
• Analyze team and platform performance to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement.
• Develop and implement processes to enhance team efficiency, collaboration, and communication.
• Align influencer strategies with brand and campaign goals in collaboration with other teams.
• Provide ongoing feedback, training, and development to support team growth and success.

Requirements:

• 2-3 years of experience in influencer marketing, social media management, or team leadership.
• Previous experience managing or mentoring a team- must.
• Native-level English- must.
• Strong understanding of social media platforms and Gen Z trends.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and motivational skills.
• Analytical mindset with the ability to turn insights into actionable strategies.
• Exceptional organizational and project management skills.
