Junior Learning Specialist

About the Role:

• Build dynamic learning processes around products, services, and digital tools
• Develop learning content: presentations, videos, short clips, guides, and interactive materials
• Lead organizational learning processes, using strong interpersonal skills to influence and engage people
• Support onboarding, create learning communities, and build a real sense of belonging
• Identify knowledge gaps in real time and turn insights and data into effective actions
• Work closely with different teams to make sure knowledge is delivered clearly and at the pace of the business

What You Bring

• 1–2 years of experience in training, facilitation, or learning processes
• Strong hands-on experience with digital content and learning tools – required
• Experience developing training using AI tools (such as Gamma, Notion AI, Synthesia, Slides AI, and similar) for content creation, scripting, course design, and video production
• Understanding of digital learning and marketing worlds – a big plus
• Ability to influence, engage, and motivate people through change
• System thinking, initiative, and fast execution
• A genuine love for people, learning – and results
