This is a full-time, on-site role located in the Tel Aviv District, Israel for a Talent Acquisition Specialist. The primary responsibility is managing the recruitment process, including sourcing candidates, conducting interviews, and supporting employer branding efforts. The role involves overseeing full life-cycle recruiting, collaborating with hiring managers to identify staffing needs, and developing strategies to attract top talent. Additional responsibilities include refining the hiring process and ensuring a seamless candidate experience.

• Proficiency in Full-life Cycle Recruiting, Recruiting, and Hiring processes
• Strong Interviewing skills and experience in sourcing and assessing candidates effectively
• Knowledge and experience in Employer Branding strategies to attract top talent
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work collaboratively with teams and hiring managers
• Experience working in fast-paced and dynamic environments
• Familiarity with recruitment tools, processes, and best practices
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field is preferred
• Previous experience in IT and telecommunications industries is beneficial
