Senior DBA - CRM Team

About the Role

:We are looking for a Senior DBA to join our CRM team – someone who truly understands database management, lives and breathes technology, enjoys working in a collaborative environment, and takes full ownership of their work from end to end

.This role involves full responsibility for managing, maintaining, and optimizing our CRM databases, including developing PLSQL logic, improving existing processes, building infrastructure, and implementing best practices

.
Key Responsibilitie

• s:End-to-end responsibility for CRM databases, from understanding and monitoring existing infrastructure and processes to developing PLSQL logic for business processe
• s.Monitor performance and optimize queries, indexes, and database structure
• s.Ensure high-quality development according to standards, including conducting Code Review
• s.Collaborate in solution design and technology selection with the team lead, actively participating in status meetings and project discussion
• s.Work closely with development teams, system analysts, and QA team
• s.Monitor production issues and perform Root Cause Analysi

Required Qualificatio

• ns:Extensive experience with Oracle (version 10 or higher) – mandato
