HR Generalist - Maternity Leave Replacement

This role reports directly to the Compensation & Benefits Lead.

It is a one-year maternity leave cover, with potential to become permanent based on performance and business needs.

HR Business Partnering

• Serve as a trusted point of contact for employees on personal and workplace matters.
• Provide day-to-day HR guidance to managers in Operations & IS, including employee relations, retention, and decision support.
• Lead and support core HR processes: performance reviews, organizational changes, engagement surveys, and more.
  
  

• Prepare employee documentation (status updates, recognition letters, warnings, terminations).
  
  

• Maintain accurate employee data in HiBob, including contracts, compensation updates, and reporting fields.
• Support HR projects and initiatives with operational, analytical, and data-driven work.
• Collaborate with Finance, IT, and other functions to ensure smooth workflows and data accuracy.
• Generate reports, track HR metrics, and support informed decision-making.
  
  

• BA – mandatory.
• 2–4 years of experience in HR roles, including work with managers and employee relations.
• Strong understanding of HR processes and the employee lifecycle.
• Experience with HRIS systems (HiBob – an advantage).
• Excellent interpersonal communication and high-level English.
• Strong organizational, analytical, and multitasking abilities including advanced Excel capabilities for data analysis and reporting.
• Ability to work independently and handle sensitive matters with professionalism.
