Demand Planning & Supply Chain Manager

Role Overview:

We are seeking an experienced professional to lead demand forecasting and supply planning for medium- and long-term horizons. This role involves developing tools, processes, and methodologies for accurate forecasting and ensuring optimal supply strategies.

Key Responsibilities:

• Build and maintain demand forecasts and supply plans for the outsourcing division.
• Develop and implement tools, processes, and methodologies for forecasting.
• Oversee and execute plans including:
• Capacity requirements analysis
• Production planning
• Inventory procurement and stock management
• Storage planning and inventory optimization
• Service level management and waste reduction
• Define and implement inventory policies for raw materials and finished goods.
• Prepare and lead monthly S&OP meetings and implement RCCP processes.
• Manage demand and supply planners across business units, including outsourcing.
• Serve as a member of the planning leadership team with full responsibility for planning processes and performance.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Economics, or Business Administration – mandatory
• Minimum 5 years of experience in demand and/or supply planning, preferably in FMCG or food industry
• Strong knowledge and deep understanding of S&OP and RCCP processes
• Broad business perspective and strategic thinking
• Ability to build partnerships and lead without direct authority
• Resilience and ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks
• Proven leadership and managerial experience
