Product Manager (End-to-End Ownership)

The Role

We are looking for a Product Manager who is a true "Owner." You will be the heartbeat of our R&D operations. You need to be a hybrid talent: strong enough to manage complex technical backlogs and bugs in Notion, and creative enough to open Figma and design the solution yourself when a feature requires a UI. You are the bridge between the business needs, the user experience, and the technical execution.

Key Responsibilities:

• Total Backlog Ownership: You own our Notion workspace entirely. You manage everything: from complex feature requests and UI improvements to server-side bugs and technical debt. You prioritize what the team works on next.
• Hands-on UX/UI Design: You are our internal designer. When a feature involves the frontend, you create the wireframes and high-fidelity mockups in Figma for the developers.
• Technical Triage & Logic: You don't write code, but you understand it. You define the business logic, triage bugs, and decide (together with the Tech Lead) how to tackle technical challenges.
• User Behavior Analysis: You verify our assumptions using tools like PostHog, Google Analytics, and Clarity to analyze user sessions and optimize the flow.
• Team Leadership: You lead the daily syncs and weekly sprints. You are the "Traffic Controller" who removes bottlenecks, answers questions, and keeps the R&D team moving fast.
• UAT (User Acceptance Testing): You are the final gatekeeper. While we have QA automation, you are responsible for the final "sanity check" - You verify that the developed features match both the design and the business logic before they reach the user.

Requirements:

• Experience: 3+ years as a Product Manager.
• Design Skills (Must): Proven ability to design UI/UX in Figma independently. (Please provide a portfolio or work samples).
• Operational Master (Must): Expert level in Notion. You know how to turn a chaotic list of bugs and ideas into a structured, execution-ready plan.
• Technical Aptitude: Ability to understand technical issues, APIs, and logic flows to manage "non-visual" tickets effectively.
• Proactive Attitude: A self-starter who pushes the product forward without waiting for instructions.
• English: Excellent written and verbal English (Crucial for working with our global team).

Work Model: Hybrid (Binyamina office 3 days/week).
