About the Role

Hands-on responsibility for end-to-end recruitment processes in an industrial manufacturing company
Managing recruitment teams and leading managers
Providing ongoing guidance and professional consultation to managers and employees
Managing process optimization, efficiency improvement, and control
Developing and implementing technology-driven recruitment and work processes
Driving initiatives and building recruitment strategy aligned with business goals

Requirement

Minimum 5 years of people management experience – mandatory
Proven experience in recruitment / talent acquisition – mandatory
Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field – mandatory
Experience working with blue-collar populations or within an industrial environment – mandatory
