Senior Product Manager

Comblack is hiring a Senior Product Manager !

The role includes end-to-end ownership of a strategic product area, defining product vision and roadmap, managing a broad digital product portfolio, working in a matrix environment with development, design, and data teams, and leading innovation and digital transformation initiatives within a complex governmental environment.

What are we looking for?

• 6+ years of experience in product management, including at least 3 years managing complex digital products
• Proven experience in defining product vision and roadmap, backlog management, and leading development and product launches
• Experience leading digital transformation and innovation initiatives in large organizations / the public sector
• Deep familiarity with governmental environments and the ability to work under regulation and constraints
• Strong ability to lead cross-functional initiatives, engage stakeholders, and manage matrixed teams
