Chief Revenue Officer (CRO) - Founding Team

Roseberry is an early-stage media-tech startup building the next generation of short-form micro-drama entertainment - where cinematic storytelling meets interactive, mobile-first technology.

We’re looking for a strategic, data-driven Chief Revenue Officer (CRO) to join our Founding Team. In this role, you will own our entire revenue engine and lead growth across product, marketing, and content.

Role Overview

As CRO, you are the company’s economic architect. You will own the P&L, unify all revenue-driving functions, and ensure every dollar spent and every product decision accelerates profitability, LTV, and long-term scale.

What You’ll Lead

1. Economic Model & Profitability

• Own LTV, ARPU, ARPPU, CAC, cohorts, and payback.
• Set financial guardrails across UA, product, and content.
• Drive strategic, revenue-impacting decisions through deep economic insight.

2. Growth Strategy

• Lead all paid and organic acquisition efforts.
• Oversee both Performance Marketing (ROAS-focused) and Brand/Organic growth.
• Turn market signals into scalable, results-driven growth strategies.

3. Monetization & Product

• Define IAA/IAP models, pricing, paywalls, and offers.
• Build the monetization infrastructure and optimize LTV across funnels.
• Align the product roadmap with revenue opportunities and business goals.

4. Cross-Org Leadership

• Serve as the connective tissue between Product, Engineering, Data, Creative, and Content.
• Ensure insights and consumer behavior meaningfully influence product and production decisions.

Requirements

• 10+ years in mobile, gaming, streaming, or performance-led consumer businesses.
• Proven ownership of revenue/P&L and monetization systems.
• Deep understanding of UA economics and creative-led growth.
• Strong analytical and leadership skills; experience managing multidisciplinary teams.
