Global Customer Service Representative

ISCAR ltd is seeking a dynamic and service-oriented Global Customer Service Representative to join our diverse team. In this position, you will play a vital role in maintaining our global reputation for excellent customer service.

Responsibilities:

Interact with our international branches and customers, coordinating with departments within the organization to ensure top-tier customer service.

Manage orders, track shipments, handle complaints, and represent customer needs within the organization.

Requirements:

Bachelor degree in a relevant field.
Experience working with information systems and familiarity with logistical-commercial processes.
Experience in import/export industry is a plus.
Fluent English, Russian/French are a must. Knowledge of additional languages is a significant advantage.
Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
Service-oriented with high personal reliability.
Strong interpersonal communication skills.
