Role Description
We are seeking a highly motivated and energetic Business Development Representative (BDR) to join our growing team in a full-time, hybrid position in our office in Bnei Brak. This role is perfect for someone with fire in their eyes—a proactive professional who thrives on challenges, loves building relationships, and is excited to create new business opportunities.
As a BDR, you will be at the forefront of our growth engine: identifying target accounts, generating outbound leads, opening doors to new customers, and building a strong pipeline for our sales organization. You will collaborate closely with marketing, sales, and management to break into new markets, nurture early-stage prospects, and set high-quality meetings with global and Israeli customers.
Security clearance will be required due to work with national defense enterprises.
What You'll Do
Outbound Prospecting:
Identify and research target customers across Israel, EMEA, and the Americas. Execute outbound outreach (calls, emails, LinkedIn) to generate new business opportunities. Own the early stages of the sales cycle by initiating contact, generating interest, and qualifying prospects.
Lead Generation:
Work closely with marketing to follow up on campaigns, events, and content. Convert marketing leads into high-potential opportunities.
Relationship Building:
Engage with decision-makers in both private and public sector organizations. Develop a deep understanding of customer needs and pain points.
Collaboration:
Partner with product teams to ensure smooth handoff of qualified opportunities and alignment on messaging.
The Ideal Candidate
- Experience in outbound sales, business development, or SDR/BDR roles within Tech companies.
- A proactive, self-driven mindset with a passion for opening doors, building relationships, and driving new business.
- Strong curiosity and desire to learn about technology, software products, and customer challenges.
- Proven ability to communicate clearly and confidently across multiple channels.
Qualifications
- 1–3 years of experience in outbound sales, SDR/BDR roles, or lead generation in Tech companies – must
- Fluent in both written and spoken English and written and spoken Hebrew – must
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Relevant university degree – advantage
