What We’re Looking For
We’re looking for an experienced, thoughtful, and people-obsessed HR Business Partner with strong Learning & Development capabilities to support our growing teams and help shape the next chapter of Faye’s culture.
In this role, you’ll partner closely with employees and managers across the company, supporting them in all aspects of people leadership: performance, growth, engagement, organizational effectiveness, and team health. You will also help design and roll out key L&D programs that equip our managers and employees with the tools they need to thrive in a fast-moving environment.
While this is primarily an HRBP role, you may also support recruitment efforts when needed, helping ensure a smooth, positive candidate experience and taking an active part in hiring when required.
This is a hands-on, high-impact role for someone who thrives in a dynamic startup, loves building relationships, and brings both heart and strategy to everything they do.
Responsibilities:
- Serve as the primary HR partner for assigned teams, providing guidance, coaching, and support to managers on all people-related matters.
- Build strong, trusting relationships with employees at all levels; act as a confidential advisor and thought partner.
- Support managers in navigating performance, development, and interpersonal challenges with care, clarity, and candor.
- Lead and support organizational changes, workforce planning, and team-level interventions.
- Collaborate with leaders to strengthen team dynamics, communication, and ways of working.
- Help design and deliver Faye’s manager development journey (workshops, toolkits, leadership sessions).
- Partner on building L&D programs around feedback, communication, team effectiveness, and growth.
- Support development planning processes, helping managers create meaningful growth paths for their teams.
- 4-6 years of HRBP experience in a fast-paced, high-growth environment (tech/startup preferred).
- Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field.
- Excellent English, written and verbal.
- Experience in Learning & Development, including career pathing, and in building or facilitating trainings, workshops, or leadership programs.
- Exceptional interpersonal skills with the ability to build deep trust and influence across teams and levels.
- Strong problem-solving instincts and a data-driven approach, with the ability to navigate complexity with clarity and professionalism.
- Experience coaching managers through performance, growth, feedback, and team challenges.
- Experience in hiring or partnering with Talent Acquisition is an advantage.
