Role Overview

We’re looking for a solutions architect to partner with customers during evaluations, design telemetry architectures, and ensure smooth deployments.

What You’ll Do

• Lead technical evaluations and POCs.
• Design logging architectures across cloud, identity, SaaS, and endpoint sources.
• Help troubleshoot onboarding issues.
• Document telemetry best practices.
• Provide customer insights back to engineering.
• Represent Beacon in high-stakes technical conversations.

What We’re Looking For

• 6+ years in a technical customer-facing role.
• Strong understanding of SIEMs, pipelines, and logging architectures.
• Ability to explain complex systems simply.
• Strong diagramming and communication skills.

Nice-to-Haves

• SIEM migration experience.
• Terraform/Kubernetes familiarity.
• Startup experience.
