As a As a Key Solutions Architect- Prompt, you will be tasked with supporting SentinelOne's AI Security business (Prompt Security), you are the embedded technical consultant for our post-sales technical resource, guiding enterprise customers through deployment, onboarding, and long-term success on our platform. You'll work alongside senior Solutions Architects and Account teams, assisting in ad hoc troubleshooting and taking ownership of your own accounts as you build experience while getting mentorship on more complex engagements.

What Will You Do?

Primary responsibilities include:

• Deployment Support: Assist with (and increasingly own) onboarding and deployment milestones, timelines, and technical deliverables for a book of accounts.
• Technical Guidance: Serve as the day-to-day point of contact during implementation, providing guidance on integration setup, security configuration, and platform best practices, with senior support for complex architectural questions.
• Relationship Management: Build relationships with customer technical stakeholders; communicate status and risks clearly and proactively.
• Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work with Support, Product, Engineering, and Services teams to help drive issue resolution and align on customer outcomes.
• Customer Advocacy on Escalations: Stay informed on Support-led escalations affecting your accounts and represent the customer's interests internally.
• Enablement & Content: Contribute to and help maintain technical resources, training materials, and enablement content.
  
  

What Skills and Knowledge Will You Bring?

Ideal candidates will have:

• 2+ years of experience in a technical, customer-facing, or IT/security role (internships, co-ops, and relevant coursework/certifications count), with cybersecurity exposure a plus.
• Foundational understanding of IT/security concepts; coursework or hands-on experience with Windows, macOS, Linux, and basic containerized environments (e.g., Docker/Kubernetes) is a plus.
• Strong communication skills and comfort presenting to technical audiences.
• Eagerness to learn, take ownership, and grow technical depth quickly.
• Basic familiarity with project management or CRM tools (e.g., Asana, Jira, Salesforce) is a plus
• Prior experience in Custome-Facing technical roles.
• Experience working with AI systems.
• Exposure to cloud infrastructure, APIs, or SaaS platforms.
