With more than 20 premium products—including Particle Face Cream, Anti-Gray Serum, Hair Revival Kit, Gravité Cologne, Invisible Sunscreen, Scar Gel, and more—we lead the category through innovation, storytelling, and high-performing creative.
As we scale our Creative Department for 2026, we are hiring a Full-Time Creative Strategist based in our Tel Aviv office (5 days a week).
This is a central role that works directly with our Creative Team, Producers, Designers, Video Editors, and Growth Team.
About the Role
The Creative Strategist is the bridge between Creative and Growth, ensuring that every concept, script, idea, and visual direction is backed by performance data, audience psychology, and Particle’s brand vision.
You will drive ideation, craft strategic angles, build frameworks, and give actionable feedback on all creative assets—including Meta ads, TV commercials, UGC, static images, landing pages, and AI-driven content.
You will also participate in the full creative cycle:
- Review designs and videos
- Provide detailed feedback
- Refine creative directions
- Support the team until assets are final and performance-ready
Key Responsibilities
Creative Strategy & Concept Development
- Develop hooks, angles, storylines, and scripts for Meta, TV, UGC, testimonials, and static ads.
- Build creative strategies that support A/B testing, marketing funnels, and performance targets.
- Refresh personas, messaging, and creative styles for men aged 40–65—our core demographic.
- Present creative ideas with strong rationale rooted in data and consumer behavior.
Bridge Between Creative & Growth
- Translate marketing goals and performance insights into creative briefs, scripts, and concepts.
- Analyze winning and losing ads to identify patterns and create new test frameworks.
- Ensure every creative direction supports conversion, scalability, and performance goals.
Creative Review & Feedback (Full Cycle)
- Review all design and video deliverables.
- Give clear, actionable, high-level creative notes.
- Guide designers and editors until assets meet brand, storytelling, and performance standards.
- Ensure quality, consistency, and message clarity across all platforms.
Workflow & Collaboration
- Work closely with our Creative Coordinator to create detailed tasks on Monday.com.
- Provide structured briefs with angles, insights, references, and creative strategy.
- Support a smooth workflow—no micromanagement, but full ownership of quality.
AI Tools & Creative Innovation
- Work with advanced AI tools including Upspring, Motion.AI, Adge.AI and others.
- Build AI workflows that increase creation speed, variation, and experimentation.
- Stay updated on emerging tools that improve video, imagery, and performance creatives.
Audience, Culture & Insight Depth
- Deep understanding of American men aged 40–65—their humor, lifestyle, pain points, and values.
- Integrate cultural nuances and audience psychology directly into creative concepts.
- Preferably: experience with D2C, men’s grooming, wellness, or supplement brands.
Competitive Analysis & Trend Research
- Monitor Meta, TV, TikTok, YouTube, and D2C brands weekly.
- Identify new angles, message structures, visual trends, and storytelling patterns.
- Share insights that inspire new tests, campaigns, and product-specific strategies.
Qualifications — Required
- 3+ years in Creative Strategy, Performance Creative, Direct Response, or similar.
- Strong portfolio of winning ads that performed at scale.
- Deep understanding of performance marketing, funnels, hooks, and conversion psychology.
- Experience writing briefs, scripts, storyboards, and creative frameworks.
- Hands-on experience with Upspring, Motion.AI, and other AI creative tools.
- Excellent communication and review skills—especially for giving feedback.
- Strong understanding of American culture and consumer behavior.
- Ability to build ideas that resonate with men 40+.
- Full-time availability in Tel Aviv office, 5 days/week.
- Native English Speaker - Must!
Preferred
- D2C experience in men’s grooming, skincare, wellness, or supplements.
- Experience managing creative cycles from ideation → production → review → final approval.
- Experience collaborating closely with designers, video editors, and content creators.
