Cosmetic Product Development Manager

We’re looking for a Product Development Manager at a fast growing international beauty brand. In this role, you will lead our product development to bring products to market efficiently and profitably. This includes innovation, process creation, cross-functional project management, and collaborations with external vendors. We need a proactive, resourceful self-starter who takes full ownership, drives suppliers and timelines with urgency, and delivers results fast. In this role, you will:

• New Product Launch: Manage product launches end-to-end.
• Sourcing: Own the sourcing and production process — samples, deadlines, POs.
• Cross-functional Project Management: Coordinate with various teams and external vendors to manage communication flows, and ensure timely execution.
• Process Creation & Documentation: Build clear SOPs, trackers, and process flows that make our product operations scalable.
• Vendor Project Management: Build and maintain relationships with labs, packaging suppliers, and regulatory partners; lead follow-ups and troubleshoot issues.
• Support Ad Hoc Requests: Work closely with other functions to fulfill ad hoc requests.

We're looking for someone who:

• Experience: 3-5 years in product management, with a focus on cosmetics. (CPG experience preferred)
• Systems: Proficient with Priority (ERP) and comfortable with POs, inventory, and costing.
• Fluent in English
