At Remepy, an innovative Health-Tech company developing Hybrid Drugs, we are looking for a creative and innovative Product Manager to join our Product team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in technology, a focus on user experience design, and proven experience in leading cross-functional teams to deliver exceptional products. This role will give you the opportunity to work with talented engineers, designers, and clinical experts to shape the future of our products.

What you’ll do

·     Prioritize and manage the development of new features, improvements, and product enhancements.

·     Partner closely with engineering, design, regulatory, and clinical experts and advisors to ensure successful clinical trials and ongoing product improvements.

·     Conduct research, gather feedback, and analyze patient data to ensure our products address disease symptoms and patient needs as well as bring the best of care to patient’s home.

·     Lead the entire product lifecycle from ideation and requirements gathering to product launch and post-launch performance analysis.

What we’re looking for

·     5+ years of experience in product management within a tech company, with a proven track record of successfully launching and scaling products.

·     A deep understanding of user needs and ability to translate it to delightful user experiences.

·     Analytical thinking and the ability to translate product requirements to technical requirements.

·     Understanding of agile software development processes and the ability to communicate effectively with engineering teams.

·     Ability to think both strategically and tactically, with a focus on data-driven decisions.

·     Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to clearly articulate product vision, requirements, and trade-offs.
