Failure Analysis QA Engineer

We are hiring for a Failure Analysis QA Engineer for our Sensors Division in Modi'in

Responsibilities :

• Investigating and resolving quality-related issues, ensuring products meet the highest standards of quality and reliability

with cross-functional teams, including engineering, production, and customer support, to identify the root causes of failures and implement corrective actions.

• The position is critical in maintaining our reputation for delivering exceptional products to our customers.
• Failure analysis of parts failed at customers’ sites (using technical equipment: microscopes, etc.)
• Detection of failure root causes.
• internal Failure analysis: (a) in tests, (b) in production.
• Determination of corrective and preventive actions to be implemented. + into production, testing, and customer processes in cooperation with Engineering, Production, and QA.
• Preparation and issue Failure Analysis Report with Corrective Actions.

• Bachelor's degree in engineering or a related field (electrical, mechanical, or materials engineering preferred).
• Proven experience in failure analysis, quality assurance, or a related role within a manufacturing environment.
• Proficiency in using laboratory equipment and testing methods.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Working in a process environment/facility.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively within cross-functional teams.
• Knowledge of ISO and quality management systems is a plus.
• Familiarity with semiconductor or precision sensor manufacturing is advantageous.
