Quality Engineer

We are looking for an experienced QA Engineer to join our team and take ownership of our entire testing operation. This is a unique opportunity to join an innovative and fast-growing startup that is transforming the world of risk assessment and insurance intelligence.

As our QA Engineer, you will lead the planning, execution, and continuous improvement of both manual and automated testing processes, ensuring our product meets the highest standards of reliability and performance.

Responsibilities:

• Lead the QA domain and take full ownership of testing processes

• Plan, develop, and execute manual and automated test scenarios

• Build and maintain automated regression suites

• Create daily quality procedures and ensure consistent execution across the development cycle

• Define and track QA metrics to ensure product stability and quality

• Work closely with developers to identify, analyze, and resolve defects

• Improve and optimize testing workflows in a fast-paced startup environment

About you:

• Strong team player who knows how to execute and deliver

• High ownership, attention to detail, and motivation to improve processes end-to-end

• Curiosity, independence, and the ability to move fast and learn fast

• At least 3 years of hands-on QA experience, including both manual and automation

• Experience in building automation tests from scratch or maintaining an existing automation framework

• Experience working in dynamic startup environments

Advantages:

• Experience with Python or other scripting languages

• Hands-on experience with Selenium, Playwright, Postman, GitHub, Jira or Monday

• Experience with load and performance testing

• Experience with relational and non-relational databases

• Strong SQL skills
