User Acquisition Manager

An AdTech company in Tel Aviv is looking for an experienced User Acquisition Manager to join our team and lead UA initiatives across global markets. What You’ll Do:
•Manage, optimize, and scale paid campaigns, with a strong focus on Google Ads Search.
•Develop strategies for user acquisition and lowering acquisition costs.
•Collaborate with Product, Marketing, and Creative teams to improve user funnels.
•Conduct A/B testing, track KPIs, analyze performance, and generate insights and reports.
•Identify growth opportunities and new acquisition channels.
•Manage mini-projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

Requirements
•2 years of experience managing campaigns in Google Ads (with an emphasis on Search).
•Excellent English - written and spoken.
•Strong analytical skills and hands-on experience working with data, reports, and measurement tools.
•High level of organization, attention to detail, and precision.
•Ability to manage multiple tasks and projects concurrently.
•Familiarity with the AdTech and Performance Marketing world - strong advantage.
