HR & Welfare Manager

Mesh is looking for a sharp, highly organized and proactive HR & Operations Manager to join our leadership team and support cross-company execution as we scale.

This role is an excellent fit for someone who thrives in fast-moving startup environments, enjoys owning processes end-to-end, and is comfortable working directly with the CEO and executive team.

• Own the full employee lifecycle: onboarding, offboarding, welfare, and day-to-day HR operations.
• Manage daily Ops processes across the company — logistics, vendors, compliance, administration.
• Work directly with the CEO and leadership team on company-wide processes and initiatives.
• Maintain smooth communication between global teams, including coordination with our US-based employees.
• Lead recruiting processes end-to-end: sourcing, screening, scheduling, coordination with candidates & hiring managers.
• Build internal HR infrastructure: policies, documentation, internal communications, and culture initiatives.
• Ensure operational excellence — build pipelines, track progress, meet deadlines.

• 2+ years experience in HR in an early-stage startup (Seed–Series A).
• 1+ year experience in Operations (must).
• Proven experience supporting senior leaders (CEO/CTO/VPs).
• Strong execution and ownership mentality — independently driving processes to completion.
• Excellent English — written and spoken (experience working with US employees is a strong advantage).
• High level of organization, follow-through, and attention to detail.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with shifting priorities.

• Experience in cybersecurity or SaaS startups.
• Experience coordinating with legal, finance, or external vendors.
• Experience managing HR systems & processes from scratch.
