Inventory Planning & Logistics Operations Coordinator – High-Tech Company

A fast-growing high-tech company is seeking a highly organized, responsible, and detail-oriented professional to manage inventory planning and logistics operations across the organization.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage warehouse operations, monitor stock levels, and oversee transfers between warehouses
• Plan and control inventory according to operational and production needs
• Handle incoming goods from suppliers, manage shipments, and oversee delivery processes
• Manage assemblies and kits in the Priority ERP system
• Issue delivery notes and manage returns from suppliers and customers
• Maintain inventory data, generate reports, and ensure ongoing control and accuracy
• Conduct periodic inventory counts
• Collaborate with suppliers, subcontractors, and internal stakeholders

Requirements:

• Minimum 5 years of experience in a similar role (warehouse management, inventory control, or logistics operations) – must
• Experience managing large-scale inventory with hundreds of SKUs, multiple warehouses, and subcontractors – must
• Proficiency in Priority ERP – must
• Good command of English (reading and writing)
• Strong sense of responsibility, independence, and excellent interpersonal skills
