Technical Lead | Full Stack Development

A leading financial organization in the Shephelah region is seeking an experienced Technical Lead to join our technology team.

About the Role

We are looking for a hands-on Technical Lead with strong Full Stack capabilities and a focus on client-side development and user interface design. This role involves leading development initiatives and contributing to significant technological projects. Responsibilities include developing and maintaining web applications, CMS systems, collaborating with various development teams, and driving large-scale projects while maintaining high code quality and optimal performance.

Required Qualifications

• Experience in technical leadership of development teams
• 3+ years developing responsive websites with strong proficiency in HTML5, CSS, and JavaScript
• 2+ years developing accessible web applications (according to international WCAG AA standards)
• 3+ years working with SQL Server, Oracle, or MySQL databases
• 2+ years' experience writing and consuming RESTful services
• 2+ years' experience with source control tools (TFS and Git)

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in PHP or Java development
• Experience in Front-End development using Angular or React
• Experience working with Drupal CMS
• Experience with Agile methodology
• Familiarity with the financial content domain
