Customer Operations Coordinator

We are a leading company representing international manufacturers in Israel and abroad, looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Customer Operations Coordinator to join our dynamic team.

What you’ll do:

🔹Manage daily communication with customers and international suppliers

🔹Handle orders, track shipments, and ensure smooth delivery processes

🔹Provide full support to customer throughout the entire order cycle

🔹Coordinate between internal departments and global partners

🔹Identify opportunities to improve processes and workflows

🔹Troubleshoot issues and provide solutions to ensure seamless operations

What we’re looking for:

✅ Experience in Customer Service or Back Office – must

✅ High-level English (spoken and written) – must

✅ Strong Excel and Microsoft Office skills

✅ Organized, responsible, and service-oriented personality

✅ Experience with import/export processes – strong advantage

✅ Familiarity with PRIORITY or ZOHO CRM – advantage

✅Ability to work independently, take initiative, and manage multiple tasks
