Talent Acquisition Partner

We are looking for an experienced and proactive Talent Acquisition Partner to join our HR team. This role focuses on building strong relationships with hiring managers, understanding business needs, and managing the end-to-end recruitment process to attract top talent. The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced environment, has excellent communication skills, and is passionate about identifying and engaging high-quality candidates.

Key Responsibilities:

• Partner with business leaders and hiring managers to understand hiring needs and workforce planning strategies.
• Develop and execute recruitment strategies to attract, engage, and retain top talent across various roles.
• Manage the full-cycle recruitment process, including job postings, sourcing, screening, interviewing, and offer negotiation.
• Build and maintain a strong candidate pipeline through proactive sourcing, networking, and relationship management.
• Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.
• Track, analyze, and report on recruitment metrics to inform decision-making and improve processes.
• Support employer branding initiatives to position the company as an employer of choice.
• Collaborate with HR and recruitment teams to ensure compliance with company policies and legal requirements.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
• 3–5 years of experience in recruitment, preferably in a fast-growing or tech environment.
• Strong knowledge of sourcing techniques, recruitment tools, and best practices.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and work independently in a fast-paced environment.
• Experience with ATS (Applicant Tracking Systems) and HR software is a plus.
