We’re now ready to scale—and looking for a marketer who’s as entrepreneurial as they are creative. Someone who sees the big picture but also rolls up their sleeves to make it happen.

Role Overview

This is a hands-on role. You’ll shape Jamx’s marketing strategy and own the execution end-to-end—brand, content, channels, and growth. You’ll experiment, learn fast, and evolve with the company. One day you might be writing a copy or building a dashboard, the next you’re shaping positioning or planning events. You’re comfortable figuring things out, always learning. 

What You’ll Do

• Define Jamx’s brand, messaging, and market positioning.
• Create marketing collateral—presentations, one-pagers, blogs, and more.
• Build and run the marketing plan: budget, conferences, campaigns, channels.
• Track performance, set KPIs, and double down on what moves the needle.
• Write, design, organize, and generally get things done.

What We’re Looking For

• 3–5 years of experience in marketing (preferably media, ad-tech, or startups).
• Proven track record of balancing strategy and hands-on execution.
• Strong communicator and writer across formats.
• Entrepreneurial, adaptable, and excited to build as we grow.
