Job Overview:

We are looking for a driven and people-oriented Talent Acquisition Partner to join our HR team for approximately 9 months, covering a maternity leave.

In this role, you’ll lead recruitment processes for diverse positions across the company- primarily in the high-tech and multidisciplinary engineering fields - while gaining hands-on experience in various HR domains, such as onboarding, employee engagement, and welfare activities.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead end-to-end recruitment processes - from understanding business needs and sourcing candidates to interviews and offer management.
• Partner with hiring managers to define job requirements and ensure a smooth and professional hiring experience.
• Build creative sourcing strategies using social media, professional networks, and direct approaches.
• Maintain accurate data and reports in the company’s recruitment systems.
• Support HR initiatives such as onboarding, employee engagement programs, welfare events and ongoing HR operations to promote a positive organizational culture.
• Collaborate with HR team members to streamline HR processes and promote a positive organizational culture.
• Serve as a go-to person for employees on HR-related questions, supporting them in their daily work life. 

Requirements:

• 2+ years of experience in end-to-end recruitment, preferably in hi-tech or multidisciplinary companies.
• Bachelor’s degree in human resources or a related field.
• Strong sourcing and interviewing skills, with experience using LinkedIn Recruiter and other recruiting tools.
• Exposure or experience in broader HR areas such as onboarding, welfare, or employee relations - a strong advantage.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, in Hebrew and English.
• Highly motivated, detail-oriented, and eager to grow within the HR field.
• A proactive team player with a passion for people and organizational impact.
