Technical Operations Manager

We’re hiring a Technical Operations Manager

We’re seeking a skilled Technical Operations Manager to oversee both our technology and operations functions, driving the evolution, stability, and performance of our products.

You’ll work closely with the GM to drive execution forward, streamline workflows, and ensure the entire operation runs smoothly.

What You’ll Do

• Serve as the central communication and coordination point across teams
• Oversee day-to-day operations and ensure seamless delivery
• Prioritise tasks, allocate resources, and follow through to completion
• Collaborate with development teams abroad and manage ongoing releases
• Identify bottlenecks, remove obstacles, and solve problems proactively
• Support decision-making with hands-on involvement in tech and operations
• Maintain a strong understanding of our technical environment (Kubernetes, microservices, CI/CD, etc.)
• Lead initiatives that improve efficiency, transparency, and overall business impact

Must-Have Qualifications

• 4+ years of leadership experience managing tech/data teams of 20+ in fast-paced environments (gaming, fintech preferred)
• Proven track record building or scaling real-time platforms (trading systems, analytics engines, real-time data pipelines)
• Strong understanding of modern dev environments and cloud technologies
• Deep technical understanding (Python/ML stacks, architecture) to guide, challenge, and hire developers — coding not required
• Excellent organisational and prioritisation skills
• High sense of ownership, independence, and urgency
• Ability to thrive in fast-changing environments
• Strong communication skills and proven cross-functional collaboration
• A get-things-done mindset with motivation to grow within the company
