Commercial Analyst

Factory 54 is hiring a Commercial Analyst!

We are looking for a talented and motivated Commercial Analyst to join our team at Factory 54. In this role, you will work closely with commercial teams and management to analyze sales, profit, and inventory data, generate actionable insights, and help drive business decisions.

Responsibilities:

• Building and managing reports- analyzing sales, profit, and inventory data
• Conducting analyses, monitoring product performance, identifying trends, drawing conclusions, and providing recommendations based on data insights
• Driving commercial teams to optimize processes and maximize sales
• Creating dashboards and complex Excel reports, improving workflows, and implementing them
• Preparing presentations and presenting data to management
• Participating in the annual budget planning and monitoring its execution

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Economics, Business Administration, or Industrial Engineering & Management- required
• Minimum 2 years of experience as an analyst in retail or the fashion industry- required
• Proactive, able to work independently, handle multiple tasks, and perform under pressure
• Ability to work with multiple stakeholders
• Proficient in Microsoft Office with excellent Excel skills
• Experience with BI systems
• Very good command of English
