Business Continuity & Major Incident Manager
A large and well-known organization is recruiting a Business Continuity & Major Incident Manager for a central and challenging role in Tel Aviv (convenient location – near a train station).
Responsibilities:
- End-to-end management of critical incidents (Major Incident Management), from detection to full service restoration.
- Leading incident investigations (RCA), documentation, lessons learned, and follow-up on the implementation of corrective actions.
- Coordinating between multiple stakeholders: technical teams, support managers, NOC teams, and external vendors.
- Managing cross-organizational processes in the field of business continuity, including mapping of system and process interfaces.
- Working in a Microsoft-based technological environment, in close collaboration with management and technical teams.
Requirements:
- Previous experience in Critical Incident Management / Major Incident Management – significant advantage.
- General understanding of IT infrastructure and complex enterprise environments.
- Strong coordination skills and the ability to lead processes in real time.
- Very high proficiency in both English and Hebrew (spoken and written).
- Strong organizational skills, independent work capabilities, systemic thinking, and ability to perform under pressure.
