Product Manager (Hands-on & Delivery Focused)

The Role

We are looking for a Product Manager who is modest, dedicated, and highly ambitious. This is a pivotal role for a "driver" - someone who takes full ownership of the product lifecycle. You will be responsible for defining and specifying features, conducting in-depth product analysis, managing the team's daily tasks, and ensuring high-quality execution.

Key Responsibilities:

• Product Analysis & Discovery: Understand the "Why" and "What" before we build. Analyze user behavior, identify workarounds, and use tools like PostHog, Google Analytics, and Clarity (heatmaps/flows) to validate that we are developing the most valuable features for our users.
• Task & Workflow Management: Take full charge of our Notion and Slack workspaces. Create tickets, manage development cycles, monitor progress, and ensure the team meets deadlines and goals.
• Feature Specification: Translate business needs and user insights into clear technical requirements and actionable tasks for the developers.
• Team Synchronization: Lead weekly team meetings and daily syncs. You will be the point of contact for developers, removing bottlenecks and ensuring everyone is aligned.
• Technical & UX Involvement: Work closely with the R&D team. You should be comfortable diving into logic, reviewing designs (UI/UX) in Figma, and creating user flows.
• Process Optimization: Constantly look for ways to improve our workflows and automate processes to increase efficiency.
• QA & Delivery: Perform hands-on QA testing to ensure product quality and stability before release.

Requirements:

• Execution Oriented: Proven experience in managing development cycles and task management tools (Notion/Jira) - Must.
• Analytical Mindset: Experience with product discovery, user research, and data analysis tools - Must.
• Technical Background: Ability to understand code logic, APIs, and technical constraints.
• Leadership Skills: Ability to drive a small team forward, prioritize effectively, and maintain high standards.
• Experience: 2+ years in Product or Project management within a tech environment.
• English: Excellent written and verbal English (Required for daily work with the global dev team).
• Work Model: Hybrid position (Small office in Binyamina 3 days a week, WFH 2 days). Flexibility required during the onboarding period.
