IT Systems Manager

A leading biotechnology company operating in an innovative, multi-interface environment is seeking an IT Systems Manager to oversee the entire IT domain and lead significant technological projects within the organization. In this role, you will act as the key link between people, systems, and data — translating business needs into technological solutions that drive the company forward.

Responsibilities:

• Manage the IT team (1–2 employees) and external vendors
• Lead and implement projects involving Priority ERP, ordering website, and integration systems
• Analyze and define business processes, write requirement and specification documents
• Hands-on development in Priority for immediate needs
• Manage implementation processes and acceptance testing for systems
• Oversee WEB and MOBILE environments, permissions, and information security
• Work closely with senior management and report directly to the VP

Requirements:

• Relevant academic degree or Systems Analysis course – mandatory
• At least 5 years of experience in IT project management or systems analysis – mandatory
• Experience with Priority ERP – mandatory
• Experience with WEB and MOBILE environments – mandatory
• Experience with SQL – strong advantage
• Experience managing employees and subcontractors – mandatory
