Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Human Resources Specialist located in Tel Aviv District, Israel. The Human Resources Specialist will be responsible for day-to-day HR tasks, including managing HR policies, overseeing employee benefits, and personnel management. The role will involve working closely with the HR team and other departments to ensure effective HR management and create a positive workplace environment.

Qualifications

• Human Resources (HR) skills and experience in HR Management
• Knowledge of HR Policies and Employee Benefits administration
• Competence in Personnel Management
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
• Ability to work effectively on-site in a collaborative environment
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
• Experience in a similar role is a plus
