As we expand, we’re looking for a rockstar Growth Analyst to join our team and help us uncover the next big opportunities for growth.

Responsibilities:

• Dive deep into product data to identify insights that drive user engagement, retention, and monetization.
• Support our analysts and collaborate across departments — product, marketing, data, design, and engineering — to turn findings into impactful actions.
• Design, run, and evaluate A/B tests, helping to evolve our experimentation methodology and infrastructure.
• Conduct deep research and exploratory analysis to discover new growth opportunities and optimize the game economy (LTV, retention funnels, conversion).
• Ensure data quality and reliability across key analytics processes and dashboards.
• Build automated analyses and dashboards in Looker, Jupyter notebooks, and Streamlit to make data accessible and actionable.
• Communicate findings clearly through reports, visualizations, and presentations that turn complex data into meaningful business stor

Requirments:

• Minimum 3 years of total experience — academic research, tutoring, or professional work, all count.
• B.Sc. or higher in Statistics, Mathematics, Economics, Computer Science, or a related quantitative field.
• Solid statistical and data science background — able to apply modeling, hypothesis testing, and analytical techniques to real-world data
• Strong analytical and deduction skills with the ability to summarize complex analyses into actionable insights.
• Hands-on experience with Python (pandas, numpy, scipy, matplotlib, etc.) and SQL.
• Experience with Looker or similar BI tools.
• Understanding of A/B testing methodology, experiment design, and result interpretation.
• Curiosity and initiative — you love asking “why?” and exploring data to find new opportunities.
• Bonus: experience as a statistics tutor/teacher, or familiarity with data science modeling or basic software development.
• Team player who thrives in a fast-paced, startup environment.
