About the job

We are seeking a highly skilled and independent Backend Engineer with strong experience in C# for a project involving the development of a web-based information system.

The solution is based on a Microservices architecture and utilizes Microsoft development tools and technologies.

The role requires a professional who can manage development processes, deliver high-quality solutions, and work independently.

Strong organizational skills, technical depth, and interpersonal communication are essential.

While some flexibility is possible, this position requires being on-site 3 days per week.

Responsibilities:

Development & Process Management

• Work with GitHub, Azure DevOps, and Jira for source control, CI/CD, and project tracking.
• Manage the full development lifecycle including requirements, design, implementation, testing, and deployment.
• Ensure coding standards, security, and performance best practices are applied.

Customer-Facing Responsibilities

• Operate independently on customer sites, ensuring smooth communication and solution delivery.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business needs and translate them into technical solutions.
• Provide support, troubleshooting, and knowledge transfer to customer teams.

Qualifications

• 5+ Years of experience as a backend developer (with at least 2–3 years hands-on in Azure environments)
• Strong proficiency in C# development.
• Proficiency in .NET Framework 4.x and .NET Core
• Strong understanding of object-oriented programming, including generic classes and delegates
• Experience in building and enhancing software infrastructure
• Hands-on experience with SQL and writing complex queries
• Experience with T-SQL – an advantage
• Proficiency with GitHub, DevOps pipelines, and Jira.
• Strong networking fundamentals and troubleshooting skills.
• Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to work directly with customers.
• Ability to manage work independently and organize tasks effectively.
• AWS experience – an advantage
