Bridgify is a leading player in the B2B2C tourism market, providing an advanced platform for booking in-destination tours and activities. We are seeking a detail-oriented Business Operations Manager to support organizational operations across administration, finance, customer success, and marketing. This role requires strong coordination skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a dynamic environment.
The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, resourceful, and comfortable moving between operational execution, financial coordination, and business/sales support.
What you'll do
Administrative, Operational & Financial Support
- Oversee daily admin operations, vendors, and general office workflow.
- Support financial processes including invoicing, reporting, payment tracking, and coordination with accounting.
- Maintain internal documentation, contracts, and compliance tasks.
- Assist leadership with day-to-day operational needs and cross-functional planning.
Support & Customer Success
- Act as the main point of contact for customers and partners across email and WhatsApp.
- Provide hands-on user support (bookings, tickets, troubleshooting) and escalate technical issues to product/dev.
- Track customer metrics, trends, and prepare quick internal reports.
- Coordinate follow-ups and cross-team tasks, including daily alignment with product/dev.
- Maintain proactive communication and strong project-management habits.
Marketing & Product Enablement
- Prepare marketing materials and support customer-facing communications.
- Assist in product launches and messaging, including push campaigns and updates.
- Review and test new product features/pages and provide QA feedback.
- Analyze customer experience gaps and propose product or process improvements.
- Support ongoing initiatives between product, marketing, and support teams.
What you'll bring
- 2-5 years of relevant experience in operations or support roles.
- Strong communication, organization, and project-management skills.
- High proficiency in Excel/Google Suite and CRM tools.
- Proactive, reliable, and comfortable in cross-functional environments.
- Fluent English and Hebrew.
