Process & Systems Analyst

We’re looking for a sharp, analytical Process & Systems Analyst to join our team!

This role is an exciting opportunity to enter the world of enterprise process and system analysis, with strong potential for professional growth and hands-on learning.

What You’ll Do:

• Analyze and map business and cross-organizational workflows

• Translate business needs into system requirements

• Manage and analyze large datasets, including advanced Excel usage

• Extract insights and support continuous process improvement

• Assist with work program management, tracking tasks and deadlines

• Review specification documents as part of quality control

• Develop training materials and train users on new processes

• Support the rollout of technological solutions across the organization

What We’re Looking For:

• 1–2 years of experience in an analytical or coordination role

• Strong analytical abilities and high attention to detail

• High proficiency in Excel (pivot tables, advanced functions)

• Hands-on experience with JIRA

• Excellent communication skills in Hebrew & English

• Ability to learn new technologies quickly

• Strong interpersonal skills and teamwork abilities

• Experience in creating work plans or supporting small-scale project management

Advantages:

• Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering & Management, Business Administration, or related field

• Experience with service management platforms (e.g., ServiceNow, Jira Service Management)
