Information Technology Manager

Memcyco, a fast-growing cybersecurity company innovating in the field of digital brand identity protection, is seeking a talented IT Manager to join our team!

As our IT Manager, you will lead all internal IT operations and infrastructure. Your responsibilities will include:

• Managing and maintaining our Microsoft and Google Workspace environments
• Overseeing network infrastructure, connectivity, and security
• Providing hands-on IT support to employees
• Implementing and maintaining security best practices
• Managing hardware, software, SaaS tools, permissions, and onboarding/offboarding
• Working closely with security and engineering teams
• Owning IT policies, inventory, and documentation

• 3–5+ years of experience in IT management or senior IT roles
• Strong experience with Microsoft 365, Azure AD, Intune, and Windows environments
• Strong experience with Google Workspace administration
• Solid understanding of networking: VPN, firewalls, routing, switching, Wi-Fi
• Experience managing SaaS tools, SSO, identity, and access management
• Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving abilities
• Ability to work independently, take ownership, and support a fast-moving startup
• Strong communication skills and a service-oriented mindset

• Experience in cybersecurity or tech startups
• Familiarity with macOS management
• Knowledge of security frameworks (ISO, SOC2, etc.)
