Keshet Media Group is hiring a PC & Help Desk Technician

We’re looking for a skilled and service-oriented PC & Help Desk Technician to join our IT team. The role includes providing technical support and solutions across desktop, network, server, and mobile environments for company employees.

This position requires strong task prioritization, time management, and a broad technical mindset.

What will you do in this role?

• Provide technical support and troubleshooting for computers, networks, servers, and IT systems
• Support users via face-to-face, phone, and email communication, while managing and tracking tickets in the helpdesk system
• Monitor, document, and follow up on service requests to ensure efficient resolution and process improvement

What are we looking for?

• 2–3 years of experience in a similar role within a large organization
• Proficiency with Windows 10/11 and familiarity with Office 365
• Experience managing users in Microsoft Active Directory
• Knowledge and experience with IP telephony and PBX systems
• Experience with remote access tools (VNC, RDP, VPN, TeamViewer, etc.)
• Hands-on experience with diagnosing and repairing PC hardware (graphic cards, power supplies, motherboards, memory, etc.)
• Basic understanding of networking protocols and security (SSL, DHCP, TCP/IP, DNS, GPO)
• Experience setting up and troubleshooting media and casting devices (TVs, streamers, decoders, etc.)

Strong advantages:

• Relevant certifications – MCSA, MCITP, CCNA
• Experience working with Mac OS
• Familiarity with ITSM systems for ticket management
