Financial Manager / Bookkeeper

We’re Hiring: Financial Manager / Bookkeeper

We’re looking for a hands-on finance professional who can take ownership of both bookkeeping and financial management.

This is a great opportunity for someone who wants to be involved in every aspect of the company’s financial operations - from day-to-day accounting to management reporting and strategic financial insights.

What you’ll do

• Manage full bookkeeping up to trial balance
• Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports
• Work closely with external accountants, auditors, and tax authorities
• Handle cash flow management and budget control
• Produce management reports and analyze financial data
• Oversee payroll, suppliers, and customers
• Improve financial processes and support system implementations
• The position will report the the VP Finance. 

What we’re looking for

• Proven experience in bookkeeping and/or financial management
• Strong knowledge of accounting principles and financial reporting
• Proficiency with NetSuite accounting software – an advantage
• Solid Excel skills
• Independent, detail-oriented, and organized
• A proactive mindset and the ability to take full ownership

Important to have

• Relevant education (Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or related field)
• Experience in a growing or fast-paced company
