This is a full-time, on-site role located in the Tel Aviv District, Israel, for a Director of Business Development. The Director will be responsible for identifying and developing new business opportunities, crafting strategic business plans, and managing key accounts. Responsibilities include leading initiatives in markets, generating leads, negotiating contracts, and fostering client relationships to drive long-term growth for IAI. The role supports the growth of IAI’s diverse portfolio of aerospace and defense solutions by collaborating cross-functionally with internal teams and stakeholders to deliver results.

• Proven expertise in New Business Development and Lead Generation
• Strong skills in Business Planning and Strategic Market Analysis
• Experience with Contract Negotiation and Deal Structuring
• Competence in Account Management with a focus on client satisfaction and retention
• Excellent communication, collaboration, and relationship-building abilities
• Prior experience in aerospace, defense, or technology industries is highly desirable
• Willingness to work on-site in the Tel Aviv District
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Engineering, or a related field; MBA preferred
